Here is one simple way to download youtube videos to the mobile directly without any software installation. And it works most of the mobile phones.

Steps:
1. Go to the video you want to download
2. Look at the address bar (www.youtube.com/xyzxyz)
3. Type "ss" befor youtube.com (www.ssyoutube.com/xyzxyz)
4. Enter
5. You will see a new page is opened with the detail of your video. Select the one of the download link.

And the video will start to download to the phone.

Note: This will also work on you computer.
